For more than 27 years, I have walked alongside parents navigating some of the most emotionally charged and life-altering experiences—divorce, custody disputes, high-conflict co-parenting, and the overwhelming reality of facing the legal system alone.
My mission is simple:
To make family law understandable, strategic, and accessible—especially for parents who cannot afford a full-time attorney but still deserve expert guidance.
Through All Rise Solutions, LLC, I provide courses, tools, and coaching that help parents move from confusion and chaos to clarity and confidence.
My Journey Into Family Law
My commitment to this work is not just professional—it is deeply personal.
I became a single mother at 19 years old while in college. I worked, studied, parented, and fought for stability, often with limited resources and little support. I know what it feels like to sit in uncertainty, to feel intimidated by systems that seem designed for people with more time, help, or money.
Education became my pathway forward:
- B.S. in Business Administration – California State University, Bakersfield
- Master of Education – Dominican University of California
- Juris Doctor – Golden Gate University School of Law
I entered family law because I wanted to help parents like me—parents who needed clarity, compassion, and someone who would speak plainly about what really matters in a custody or divorce case.
Thirty years later, that same purpose fuels everything I create.
