Live 5-Week Masterclass | Register for June 2026 Cohort
Four Shifts™: From Reactive to Resilient
You can't control a high-conflict co-parent, but you can master your response – and that changes everything.
Starts in June 2026
Limited Enrollment
You don't need more information. You need a system.
The awareness, boundaries, identity, and resilience to stop reacting — and start leading. Built from 30 years of watching what actually works in family law.
The Problem
You’ve already tried everything.
Hiring an attorney – expensive, and the conflict continued between court dates
Therapy – helpful for processing, but didn’t stop the pattern
Co-parenting apps – documented the chaos, didn’t change it
Books and research – you know the pattern. You still get pulled back in.
“That’s not a willpower problem. It’s an infrastructure problem. And it’s exactly what The Four Shifts™ Masterclass was built to solve.”
THE TRANSFORMATION:
Four Shifts that change how you handle everything.
Each shift builds on the last. This is a cumulative arc–not four separate topics.
Shift 1: The Awareness Shift
From blind reactivity to seeing what’s actually happening
Shift 2: The Boundary Shift
From understanding differently to doing something different
Shift 3: The Identity Shift
From losing yourself to reclaiming who you actually are
Shift 4: The Resilience Shift
From trying to do it right to becoming who you need to be
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN INSIDE THE MASTER CLASS
Five Sessions One Cumulative Arc
Each session builds directly builds directly on the one before it. this is not a series of topics –it is transformation delivered in five structured steps
What You'll Learn Over 5 Weeks
-
Session 1 The Awareness Shift You'll learn to identify the three-part pattern driving your responses: the Conflict Cycle, Manufactured Urgency, and Fear-Based Decision-Making. Using the Trigger Log — a four-line documentation tool — you'll begin capturing what actually happens in real time, in writing, in a format that holds up legally. You'll leave with your first completed Trigger Log entry. One
-
Session 2 –Boundary Shift, Part A: Decision Architecture & Communication You'll build a layered decision system that executes before your nervous system has time to react — so your response to provocation is no longer a choice you make under pressure, it's a protocol you've already built. You'll also learn written communication tools designed specifically for high-conflict exchanges: language that is clear, documented, and impossible to weaponize.TWO
-
Session 3 – Boundary Shift Part B: Documentation & Digital Evidence You'll learn the professional documentation standard — how to build a credible record of what actually happened, written the way a court reads it. You'll also learn how to identify, preserve, and organize digital evidence effectively. By the end of this session you'll know exactly what belongs in your record and how to write it.Three
-
Session 4 – The Identity Shift You'll learn to identify the three mechanisms the conflict has been using to erode your judgment, your instincts, and your sense of self — and interrupt them. Using a three-question filter, you'll begin reclaiming your own decision-making authority. You'll leave with a written Identity Statement — a reference point you can return to when the conflict tries to redefine you.Four
-
Session 5 – The Resilient Shift You'll learn the four dimensions of resilience specific to high-conflict co-parenting — and how to develop them independently, because they rarely grow at the same pace. You'll identify which dimension is your current edge and build a concrete practice around it. By the end of this session, what you've been trying to do becomes something you simply are.FIVE
Each session also includes:
-
A 90 Minutes live session with core teaching and group coaching
-
Actionable strategies you can implement the same week
-
Guides and Worksheets that helps you stay centered between sessions when the conflict hits.
-
A small-group environment where your real situations get real attention
Each session includes a session-specific practice you complete before the next session. Live on Zoom. Small group. 90 minutes per session.

Meet Esther Moore
After nearly 30 years in family law, I watched something repeat itself in case after case: parents who knew what they were supposed to do — and still couldn’t make themselves do it under pressure.
The Four Shifts™ grew out of what I watched actually work — and what I watched fail — across three decades of courtrooms, mediations, and custody battles. This is the system I built from that experience. And it’s now available to you — without the retainer.
I’m the author of The High-Conflict Co-Parenting Playbook and 365 Days of Strength: Daily Wisdom for High-Conflict Co-Parenting.“
“The parents who navigated high-conflict co-parenting most successfully were not the ones who were emotionally stronger. They were the ones who had built a system before the pressure started.”
